Strictly Egress Solutions and Autumn Hendrix of Kansas City

I've been helping Autumn Hendrix get her business, Strictly Egress Solutions (SES) off the ground. We've been doing a great job acquiring customers for SES through different lead services and advertisement. I am very proud of Autumn and super excited about her Kansas City based construction company. I've been had the opportunity to watch how open and comfortable she is in business. I knew she had operated a descent size business before but seeing her in action is awesome. The way Autumn interacts with her potential customers is a sight to see. I emphasize the word potential. These "maybe gonna be" clients and her act as if they've known each other for years. I think it's because she is confident and not intimidated by the two words - construction or company. Autumn knows she owns a construction company and isn't nervous about competing against men for jobs and it's usually men she competes against. Autumn is a great leader and very confident and very confident in her work. I say work or the ability to run a jobsite, most of her employees or crews are individuals or teams who've worked for her before in some shape or form. Autumn Hendrix believes that a woman has just as good an eye, or better, when it comes to great work and more importantly the fine details of work. She's in the construction inndustry and you'd think she's running a clothing boutique. Autumn Hendrix deserves to have a business that will succeed and produce a great living for her and her family. Today she earned a Thumbtack Badge of Excellence and I felt like sharing it and a few words, because it's what I do.
